BUSINESS ACTIVITY: The Company is a specialty contractor that offers residential repair, maintenance and installation of heating and air-conditioning equipment.  

HISTORY: In 1980 the Owner rented a building on TV Highway and a one man show repairing appliances after the warrantee period was over.  The Owner was thinking of ways to go so he expanded the business into selling parts for the do-it-yourselfer.  

The 80’s was a time were homeowners and renters were replacing their appliance instead of repairing.  The cost to repair was higher than the consumer wanted to spend.  He decided to go to school to become a licensed heating and air conditioner technician.

By 1984 he was fully licensed and had started to transition out of appliance repair and concentration HVAC customers.  Albana Wholesale was his first distributor that sold Rheem products.  

Today the Company is busier than ever and needs to hire additional technicians just to keep up with the organic growth.  He is proud of what he has built.  The foundation has been laid for a new owner to build upon.  With a strong industry outlook and a service industry that is virtually recession proof, the company is poised for strong growth.

SALES AND SELLER’S DISCRETIONARY CASH FLOW:

MARKETING STRATEGY: The Company does not have a formal sales and marketing department.  The Company has grown from repeat customers, word of mouth, and their website.

Starting in December of2023, a marketing company was hired to complete customer surveys and to build Yep reviews.  The Company enjoys a 4.7rating with Yelp.  The Yelp reviews are current and accurate.  

FURNITURE, FIXTURES, VEHICLES & EQUIPMENT:  Included in the purchase price is Inventories of $77,044, Vehicles valued at $182,000.00, Office FFE, $10,000 and Shop FFE of $35,000.  The FF&E has been re-casted to reflect an estimate to replace the assets with the same or similar assets in the used marketplace.

DAYS AND HOURS: Monday through Friday hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  

EMPLOYEES:  The Company employees two dispatchers, one estimator, 2 service technicians and 3 installers.  

FACILITIES: The business is in a Class A freestanding building with leased space totaling approximately 2,200 square feet. The office is approximately 1,800 square feet with 400 square feet of warehouse space located on approximately 1/2 acre.   The lease is $4,000.00 per month with the lease expiring on May 31, 2032.

REASON FOR SALE: The Owner is at retirement age and desires to relocating to the State of Idaho, where he has already purchased a home.
